Delegate selection for monday's coordinating council

Star proposes to have February 14th be 'Occupy your Heart' in Pritchard Park.
Thembi reports back from the last coordinating council that 52 people consented to giving a letter to the Mayor. Kayvon adds that the letter was delievered at 11:00 that day.
Brother Chris proposes that the GA support whatever decision made by the campers regarding the physical occupation.
Kevin puts emphasis on cohesion and solidarity
Preston states that we should all decide as one to prevent division
Kayvon suggests a pure consensus by all of Occupy Asheville for decisions to disband or move camp
Due to lack of clarity or interest to continue the discussion, the proposal was tabled.
Victor gives two proposals:
He proposes that Venice write a letter that would go out to people being foreclosed on. 
There is a discussion which leads to the proposal being tabled until the letter is written and needs to be endorsed by Occupy Asheville.
The second proposal is regarding Occupy Charlotte:
Occupy Charlotte is asking other cities in NC to delegate 5 members to talk on facebook (in a closed group that would be called Occupy Solution) in order to bring unity and enhance communication. The group would not make decisions, but rather recieve and relay information.
A temperture check on this topic comes out very mixed.
The issue is tabled.

Delegate Selection:
We go around and talk about desired qualities for a GA delegate.
After nominations and voting for a main delegate and a back up,
Fox and Carolyn are exacty even. GA decides to have them be the delegates, and to let them decide which one will be speaking at the next coordinating council.
